Only in concept: what's happened is that the program has
left something behind, probably a .dll file in
\windows\system\ or such. Look for one with accucheck or
roche in it's name, and move it to a holding folder.
Customer support can probably tell you what needs to be
manually deleted.

It's a common failing of uninstaller programs to leave these
little turds about. Brain-dead programming IMHO.

In my registry there are five keys from Roche, it is well
possible that you oversaw a key. geocities.co-geocities.co-Open ↗
m/ceebee_2/regcleanernosetup43.zip Download this old
RegCleaner utility and see if some keys are left.

Another way to find out what could be left behind is
reinstall the old version with an installatioon manager that
keeps track of files, directories and keys, and you can
manually check them.

And of course something might have gone wrong during
installation, and now that you miss the uninstall file you
can't correct that. Reinstalling the old version and
uninstalling it - now choosing manually instead of
automatically - might work a second time.
