    You haven't seen Operation Scorpio.

I get the feeling you've watched it dozens of times.

    heh

Look at you, Jay Em. You're nothing more than a troll yourself despite
your protests against those you say reply to so-called trolls.

Making friends here? Not surprising. Idiot.

Very good, Curt. Now you can back to sniffing glue in the art room.

I get the feeling you might not have gotten the joke in the first place.

I was shooting for a different joke.

    A plank is ________________

in this case, a basic yoga pose; it's called the 'plank' since you have
to maintain a rigid body throughout..

Normally, I'd say one of those big exercise balls, but this *is* Pierre

It's plank. Do it on a Swiss Ball for some real fun.

    A plank is for fighting.

Screaming "No, please stop!" is not exactly fighting.

WTF is karotty? Oh, you mean "karate". You joined a martial arts class and
you don't even know how to spell it?

Wonder if he got a chance to do any Koometay or Kotter. Maybe next week
    he'll hit the mockywahra.

Ahhh now THAT makes sense! He couldn't afford coke on a teachers
pittance, so he sniffs glue or paint instead. Yes, that would explain
    his behavior.

I'm sure he knows how to spell it. It's whether anybody in the class
could actually *pronounce* it that is the issue.

Get down into a pushup posture, about
halfway up, and hold it for 2 or 3 minutes (I'm not exactly
sure what the time length was). Keep the back straight,
don't sag. If your arms aren't strong enough, you can rest
    on your forearms.

I do crunches 3 times a week, I thought my stomach was
strong, but this was intense. There must be some gain,
because I'm still in pain, four days later! I'm gong to add
this exercise to my regular routine, and cut back the crunches.

So I did it for six minutes, because I'm a blue and blue matches last
six minutes, so my exit strategy for these stupid pointless
goddamnit-I'd-so-much-rather-be-squatting exercises is six minutes; hit
that and I don't have to do them again until purple.

Toward the end my arms were shaking; today my shoulders and triceps
hurt; don't feel it in my abs at all.

Squats and max isometric barbell crunches, gotta love 'em.

It reminds me of the one:
Sometimes Bob would hear the little voice say "it's okay, you aren't
the first doctor to sleep with a patient, and you won't be the last."
But then, that other voice would intrude: "But Bob, you're a
    veterinarian."

Why would you plank on a Swiss guy's testicle?
