I was at the Queens Civic Congress legislative reception this
afternoon and got a chance to chat with Councilman John Liu (chair of
the NYC Council Transportation Committee). He said that the bill has
no chance of going anywhere. He laughed at the thought of putting
little license plates on the back of non-existent fenders.
I think that this one is dead.
