  1. When I take an aspirin, at night, I get nightmares and I sigh (hyperventilate?) so much that I can't
    sleep. Constant taking deep breaths.

Has anybody experiences this. I have taken them during the daytime in the past, but they make me
very tired. I really would like to continue taking aspirin, due to the cardio benefits.

My doc said to take them during the day, and he has never heard of anybody reacting like this. Has
anybody here experience this type of thing.

I take vitamins and antioxidants, besides the aspirin.

Aspirin can either trigger or worsen asthma.

Would suggest you ask your doctor about allowing you to take a smaller dosage. You may be a little
less protected but having asthma symptoms will not be good for your heart either.

You probably should also consider asking your doctor about being tested for asthma.

There are alternatives to aspirin that you may have to discuss with your doctor.

sounds like panic attacks. It's not the aspirin.

  4. You say you take vitamins at night. Vitamin B-6 is known for causing very vivid dreams. I never take
vitamin supplements that contain B-6 after noon. I hate the effects!
