I bought a powerap from someone, and downloaded poweragent to my mac, plus the drivers. It will not read data from the unit, telling me that there are "no supported devices found." I have the unit snapped in good, have dowloaded the software and usb drivers several times -- nothing. Help anyone?

I got a reply for the same problem from Saris that states the black cpu is not supported in Poweragent 7 and that i should order the new yellow cpu.
Otherwise if you are using Cyclingpeaks software their download function will recognize the cpu and download data.
Saris must be taking lessons from Microsoft on building products that are not backwards compatible. Shame on them for that. And my kids think I am the bad guy for installing Vista, now most of the games do not work!
