My last A1c spiked .9 of a point from 6.2 to 7.1 over the last three months. I am not complaining since I had add stress to my body in that period. I had 4 cortisone injections in my knees and surgery on both elbows and hands. My daily BG log is showing blood sugars coming back down to my normal level since I am now able to start exercise. My doctor was not that excited about the rise and plans on retesting in 3 months. Now I just need to get back to work when the orthopedic surgeon releases me and back to my normal routine. Oh well, I guess I go fishing while I got the time.
