There should be a website that randomly generates "RBR Bingo" cards. At
the beginning of the month, you'd get yours and print it out. Then, as
the stories emerge, you'd cross off the boxes. The first to get five
boxes in a row would post a "BINGO" thread.

For instance, after reading this story you'd check off the "Doping
information inappropriately passed under the table" box.

For every card printed, a paypal payment would be taken. Winner gets
the pot.
