wasn't lance's standard response always something like, "i have never
tested positive for performance enhancing drugs." ?
the lance answers l'equipe release on paceline ends with: "...I will
simply restate what I have said many times: I have never taken
performance enhancing drugs."
i'm asking because i don't know. would he say the above during his
competitive days, or is this new?
