lifestyle cult,ie. the acid level one that finds no support in evidence.
The body maintains the ph of its tissues within a narrow range
automaticcally without regard to the ph of what we eat.

Yes, it's a shame to see so many people misled by those who make
mountains out of mole hills, while the real problem is excess
biochemical activity of the wrong kinds (oxidative stress/free radical
damage). That's why I keep telling people to go to www.pubmed.com and
search for oxidative stress, arachidonic, reactive oxygen species,
etc. Instead of spending money, spend some time doing your own
research.
