well maybe not but the index shifting is wacky. I needed to redo my cables on my time trial bars with bar end shifters and regular brakes. I had too much curve in the shifter cables and shifting has problems. I am using ultegra bar ends 8 speed. they had all the clicks and worked ok though not reliably till I redid the cable. now they shift far better but one of the clicks is gone. I think the 4 gear does not click it you go for the click you skip it to the next gear.these are at most a month old. any idea's?
