  1. Hi there. I just got my first power meter and I'm looking forward to doing some testing. When doing the 20-minute test (or 60-minute), is standing every few minutes OK? I know you produce more watts this way (usually), I just don't want to mess up the numbers. In a normal race I would stand a few times in 20 minutes, so I plan to do it in testing as well.

    Also, when you calculate w/kg, is it just your body weight, or do you include bike/gear weight as well?

    Lastly, outside of calibrating the powertap on my Garmin 500, are there any other settings that need tweaked on the computer? Do I keep auto-pause on as usual?
