I am looking to sell a classic, A-D Ultima that requires considerable overhauling. It has the original paint, which is pretty chipped, old Campi parts and has not been in use for several years.
What should I price it at? Should I have it overhauled first?

From what I have seen it should be an 'as is' proposition to sell... (Given this scenario, your perceived value will most likely exceed what you would actually get for it).
