2. to register do i just print and fill out the "downloadable registration form" off the toque website and mail that to carl hoyer, and if not how do i register?

I'm about to update the site with required safety gear. You must wear a helmet, knee/shin pads and gloves at all times to compete in any of the TOque Games events.
As for the registration ... the form and website give the options for registration. It's a fillable Adobe PDF form so you can fill it out right on your computer and then print it. Either mail it off to me at the address listed on the form or e-mail me and let me know what your intensions are for paying (i.e. on site).
