What is the blue 2 and red 3 that is advertised all over the place, most notably on the motorcycles,
kind of looks like TV station numbers but wasnt sure.

When one starts running commercials, you can turn to the other to continue the coverage.

I believe the black and white flag you are referring to is that of Bretagne (Brittany).
