  1. HELP IM 56 and really want to race mostly TT and some CRITS but i need help . I've read alot of books and i am still confused about training. I dont have the funds to hire a coach . If anyone out there can help me i would truly appreaciate it. I have a HRM,and a POWER TAP. I need a day by training schedule . I can ride 7 days a week and I do weight training 3 days a week {I want to continue weights at least 3 days a week]. PLEASE HELP.

    What is your current cycling experience and fitness level? What is your current ride schedule? When do you want to do your first race? Are there some concepts from the training books that we could help clear up for you?

    The first tip I'll give you is not to trust anyone who gives training advice without knowing anything about you.
