    With such trivial issues I'd kick it up your next run to a few hours of
    running. There are psychotic drugs to help you. Troll on...yawn...

    The quad pain was gone by the end of run and it doesnt hurt when I
    walk.
    52 minutes using galloway method isnt much considering I was running
    40 minutes continuously. I'll definitely watch the quad pain like a
    halk. I was mountain climbing today and didnt have any quad pain. Im
    avoiding hill running until my quads stop being suspect.

    Doug Freese was to blame for 3 years of disaster but Im still
    listening to him so I will give him credit if things finally start to
    improve. He is the only guy who cares.
