Im looking into building a 29er as my next uni. I just need some ideas for good strong 36h rims that will hold the Schwalbe Big Apple tire. I dont want it to be too expensive so lets say $50 max for the rim.
Anyone got any suggestions?

I built my 29er about a year ago. I used the KH29 rim from UDC. I think it was in about that $50 range. I can't remember and I'm too lazy to look it up right now. I used that in combination with a UDC wide hub. Made a really great wheel.
