I can't seem to find a 36 tooth 130 BCD inner ring anywhere, only a 110 BCD. If any of you guys could point me to a store link that has a 36 tooth 130 BCD inner ring, it would be appreciated.

You won't find a 130bcd ring smaller than 38. Why? If you go smaller than that the chainring bolts get in the way.... TA does a 38 ring in 130bcd but if you want smaller you'll need to look at a different set of cranks with a 110bcd. -
