My LBS is great 🙂 They've just shown me how to fix a puncture. The bloke was very patient and let me do it myself, but showed me how he gets round the tricky bits himself. After that they let me wash my filthy hands, and I was able to cycle off happily into the distance.
I had to learn how to do it, because last time I got one I was only half way home and had to call a taxi to take me the rest of the way... <blush> ...and the LBS stayed open late to fix it for me, so I could be back on the road the following day.
