I am looking for a 29er Cross Country suspension fork that is
compatible w/ V brakes, does the animal exist? 80mm travel would be
ideal. Thanks in advance,

I bought the above fork in 2003. I like it for both its steel steer
tube and its ready supply of different rate springs. I'm not really a
connoisseur of recent suspension forks, but this one is the best of
any I have tried-- like a good motorcycle fork, only smaller.Jenson also has a lighter and more expensive (but still reasonably
priced) air-sprung 29er fork;http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/FK404A01-Marzocchi+Marathon+Sl+29R+04.aspx
