  1. I'm looking for 24" tires for my wife's bike. I want to replace the
knobbies with tires more appropriate for street and bike path use
    (little chance she's going offroad).

Where can I find a good selection of 24" tires?

    Thanks,
    Michael

Forgot to mention, the wheels are 24" x 1.5". What's the minimum
width tire I can put on them?

    Thanks,
    Michael

Just about any bikeshop should carry them.

There are at least 5 or 6 non-interchangeable "24 inch" sizes.

OK, the decimal tells me that she has the 507 mm size.

The Vee Rubber 24 x 1.25 will fit, and is the fastest, easiest-rolling
tire available to fit her rims.
