24 hour race

We are planning to arrange a 24 hour race in Denmark next summer (5. june), and if I'm able to delegate all the jobs, I will be racing too... The Michigan race ( http://www.n24hc.org/index.html ) is the source of inspiration. Please give me all your tips, links and recommandations both on riding and arranging such a race. Leo Jensen
