USA Cycling announced today qualifying procedures for the 2007 UCI BMX World Challenge in Victoria, British Columbia July 23-29. Competitors will have the opportunity to qualify through performance at the USA Cycling BMX National Championships and a six-race series of UCI-sanctioned events designated the World Challenge Qualification Series. The UCI has allotted each country 16 start positions
