    You're making a great mistake if you think ASO or L'Equipe are behind the
    great Landis 'doping' scandal. The LNDD are responsible for the
    administrative cockups. The UCI - no friends of the ASO - are responsible
    for the preemptive leak of the lab findings, and the damage to the ASO has
    been immense.
