  1. what is/are your cycling goals for 2007???

last year i had 2 goals; to start riding regularly and to avg 15mph per ride. it took several months, but i got there.

for 2007, i plan on getting a bike that i can ride the occasional century on weekends. my other goal is to ride to ride from the western 'burbs of chicago to peoria and back. i'll probably take a 3 or 4 day w/e to do it.

I just started riding again this last year. But I did ride in the late eighties because I had recieved a 80 $ special from kmart... I was able to ride 20 miles
in 75 minutes... I would like to be able to do that again, and I would like to work up to doing a century this year...

  3. My goal is to get over the following peaks without stopping, during a French Alps trip in June. It's spead over 2 days and is similar to La Marmotte.

    Day 1
    - Col de la Croix de Fer
    - Col du Mollard
    - Col de Telegraph

    Day 2
    - Col du Galibier
    - Alpe d'Huez
