I, Raymond Panas, as a PhD student at Walden University's School of
Health and Human Services am conducting a survey to learn more about
the interactions of pharmaceutical companies in their collaborations
with non-profit organizations. This survey will ask questions regarding
your experience at the IFFGD's 6th International Symposium for
Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders. Your participation in this
survey is entirely voluntary. All information obtained from this survey
is confidential and will be compiled with other individual responses
for use in a class paper. The survey should take about 5 minutes
