2003 Velotrax training diary spread sheet

Hi all, I just thought you might need a good training diary for this year, so I updated the one I used last year. You can download it here: http://web.tampabay.rr.com/darkstep/2003vts.xls The only thing I could get right was that every Sunday row had a lavender background, and the chart should read 2003 instead of 2002 (but this is passord protected). If anyone knows how to correct this or sees anything else that needs work, please feel free to update it and repost. Enjoy, -Boyd S.
