I notice a creak in my fork on my ride last week. I just got ready for tomorrow night and investigated a little and narrowed it to the left leg. I searched Google and found some others with similar experiences. Is this a problem worth worrying about? I bought it Nov 2002 to replace a creaking Manitou. Sent an e-mail to Marzocchi to see what they say haven't heard back yet. It is a 2001 Marzocchi Z3 Coil 80
