  1. What is your sustainable max for twenty minutes when you are peaking? If you fall off the bike and feel like your going to barf then it doesn't count... and without any banned substances.

  5. Me to I plan on doing it Wednesday though but I'm pretty sure I can. I went uphill 15 minutes on my road bike at 223 watts and 29 minutes at 197 watts. If I take my MTB with panniers up the 15 minute hill it should come out to 20 minutes.🙂
