  1. 1- people say you can define your lower pecs by lying on a decline and
    doing dumbbell presses. Any opinion?

2- when doing situps, what's the diff between a decline and flat bench?

The best way to define anything is to lose bodyfat. That trumps almost
everything. If you have a lot of bodyfat, and a lot of muscle underneath it,
you will still be able to see the basic shape of the muscles (e.g. a strong
powerlifter will have "horseshoe" triceps even if they're fat), but the only
way to get those hard muscle lines is to get lean.

The decline puts even more stress on your hip flexors than the flat bench. If
you're trying to work your abs, do crunches instead.

    Cheers,

Define just means lower bodyfat so the muscles show. Lifting has little
    to do with that.

For working the lower pec heads there's little difference between presses
on flat benches and on most common decline benches.

Move range of motion at the top to curl the torso up on decline benches.
Curling the torso up during the sit-up is important to work the abs.

The people saying this, or the person misunderstanding what the poeple
are really saying, are wrong. Definition comes from fat loss. No amount
of decline dumbbell pressing will remove your manboobs. Go for a jog tubby.

One's on a situp board set at a decline, the other's on the floor.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:
