  1. I ran my first 10 mile (16km) event yesterday. Just a club run but a
great milestone passed for me. I'm training for the Gold Coast half and
this was a good test. Completed in 1:36:22 which is a lot slower than
most but I'm over the moon to have done it in less than 100 mins.
    Woohoo. Just wanted to skite!

Congratulations on finishing your first 10miler.

A detailed race report is expected, and appreciated.

Keep up your training and good luck in the Half.

Congrats, Dave! Keep up the good work, and let us know how the Gold
Coast goes (with a detailed report, please!) Well done!
