Hello all, after some opionions on some bikes im considering for next bike. I currently have 2011 cannondale synapse tiagra which i bought a year ago wanting to lose weight. Lost just over 4 stone in about 9 months and am now happy just under 14st . But now ive been bitten by cycling bug and want to get a bettr ride. Looking at either giant tcr composite 2, a cube around £1.5k or go all out and get a scott foil 20 on the never never. I know the scott is the jewel out of these but not sure if its worth exra outlay. I commute to work when im on shift (just over 20 miles round but probably keep cannondale for this), when im off i tend to do 2 50 mile rides averaging 18-20mph and a couple of 20 milers averaging 23mph each week (Im off for 2 weeks every 5). Going to do some rides this year around 90-100 with clubs / sportivs. Im 6ft, my cannondale is 54cm. Whats peoples opionion? Im leaning towards giant.

FWIW. Regardless of the frame's materal OR the components, if you are 6' tall, then you probably need a bike with a larger frame -- at least a 57cm top tube + 120mm stem (or, equivalent combination), IMO.
BTW. You will almost always get "more bike" for your money if you choose a GIANT.
