16" Dumbbell Handles - Where?

I'm looking for standard 16" spin lock dumbbell handles. I've found NY Barbells but would really like to source them in Canada if at all possible. It seems like nobody has any interest in carrying anything but the 14". This is important as I need to add fractional weights for my program and the width of these push the (safe) limits of a 14" handle. Thanks, Simon.
