Have not tried this combination and since both S and C have 10 speed systems will a Shimano 10s cassette work on a Campy Record 10s rear mech/ergo lever set up?

If you should know, a local LBS has a pair on clearance Ksyrium Carbones for 50%. The wheelsets are on shimano 10s cassettes and I have a 10s record setup bike.
