    Hello, i'm using a 10 speed campy cog (11-23) on campy scirocco wheels. when i put the chain on the 11 tooth cog, it looks like it's "rubbing" against the frame right where the wheel attaches to the frame (the dropouts)...

    is this normal on a 10 speed?

    That's not normal. I have a campy 10 speed set-up also. Mine is fine.
    Something is wrong there.
