In fact, I´d have had no objection if the subject line had read "5%" or "6%"! I would never
underestimate the importance of working on running economy and efficiency, whether we are sub-3
hopefuls or 4:30-5:00 "my goal is to finish"-marathoners.

PS if you two keep up with this mutual admiration society business and the "I can vouch for
him"-silliness, I´ll have to begin to assume that you are actually the one and the same person -
quite probably a non-runner - who employs two strikingly different styles and has purloined the
names of two innocent New York runners who are totally unaware of "their" presence in
rec.running:-)
