Do bodyweight exercises provide enough strength stimulus for cyclists?
It is often assumed that weightlifting is necessary for building the strength required for cycling performance, but is this really the case? Can bodyweight exercises alone provide the necessary strength stimulus for cyclists, or are they merely a supplement to traditional weightlifting?
