Three members of the burgeoning Portland bicycle racing scene have launched an effort to build an indoor track racing facility. They plan to gather $1,000 pledges from 100 people, then solicit the city, businesses and others for support to replace the aging Alpenrose Velodrome in Southwest Portland.
