Clothing sizes?

Do you know of any manufacturers that produce cycling clothing for taller sizes? My issue is mostly with pants/tights. At 6' 3" with a 34" waist, I'm left either with too short of an inseam and a good waist size, or a better inseam and a waist size that is too large.
